Do you need to request a refill on a prescription? Please utilize your secure online PATIENT PORTAL messaging feature to send your doctor a request for a refill of your current prescription(s):

  1. From your patient portal account, click on “Messages” in the left-hand menu.
  2. Choose your doctor from the drop-down menu
  3. Type “Refill Request” in the Subject line
  4. Type your refill request (please be specific with your requested medication name)
  5.  Hit “send”
  6. Your pharmacy will contact you when your doctor has responded to the request or one of our staff will call you if the doctor needs additional information and/or requires you to schedule an appointment for additional refills.

Please allow five business days for your request to be fulfilled.

*Note: Narcotics and controlled substances will not be filled via online request or without an appointment. Please call our office at 773.935.5985 to request an appointment for a refill for these medications.
